Becoming a Democratic PC via a Write In Ballot

Please Follow These Easy Steps:

1) Print the affidavit found here (this is the ONLY affidavit you should use: don't use the one you may have had for the May 28th deadline)

2) Fill out the affidavit and have your signature notarized (your bank should have a notary, but we will have one at our PC Pizza Party as well)

Among other things, you will need to know your Legislative District # (26) and the name of your precinct. These can be found by filling out the district-finder form here. Remember: New district lines were drawn in 2011. It is important you have the correct information.

3) Make sure the notarized affidavit is received at the following address by June 11th. Mail it at least 3 days before it is due, or bring it to our PC Pizza party on Sunday, June 8th and we will turn it on for you.

Maricopa County Elections Dept.
ATTN: Kristi/Berta
111 S 3rd Ave
Phoenix AZ 85003

4) Write in your own name on the August 26th Primary Ballot If you receive your ballot by mail, it should arrive in the 1st week of August.

Once you turn in your ballot, congratulations, you will be the newest D26 PC and another Democrat who has decided to take ownership in the direction of our state! Woohoo!

VOTER ALERT

Don't remove yourself from PEVL

Do not send this back in unless you no longer want your ballot mailed to you. Feel free to discard it completely and tell a friend to do the same.

D26 PC Kristin Gwinn: Child Safety bill important start, but NOT real reform

While these changes are needed, let's be clear, they do not "fix CPS". In recent months, we've watched public administrators and elected officials look to place blame for the 6,500 uninvestigated ("NI") cases.
